About Me:

I live in lovely Lancaster, PA with my husband, Marty, and 5 year old twin girls, Zoe and Sophie.

I have always loved a challenge and that's why I love cake decorating. I am able to combine my passion for artistic expression with my love of sweets. With every cake I make, I strive to create something new and unique. My fine arts degree is definitely coming in handy! 

Themes:

If you have a theme in mind, I can create a unique cake for your special day. Even if you have no theme, I can suggest a cake based on your interests. While I won’t copy someone else's work, I can definitely recreate the look of another cake, making a one of a kind creation especially for you.

Pricing:

There are no set prices for my cakes since they are all so different. I can say that hand molded figures with intricate detail can take a very long time to create therefore those would cost much more than cakes without figures. Approximate pricing is $3.50 to $5 per slice.

Delivery:

Most of my cakes require set-up. Therefore, I deliver most of my cakes. I've driven cakes up to 2 hours away with no problems. It takes about an hour to do set-up and put the finishing touches on your cake. As for a delivery fee I charge $0.40 per mile.

Flavors:

I'll be happy to try any recipe you like. I generally use chocolate, white, yellow for most cakes. For icings I use buttercream variations and fondant. For decorations I use buttercream, gumpaste and fondant. I'm happy to cater to special dietary needs and take careful precautions when food allergies are involved.
